You have 30 days from the time of shipment to return your items & be fully refunded or exchanged. Unless product is defective, shipping charge is non refundable. American Optical Warranty: For one year from date of purchase, American Optical will repair or replace the eyewear (at our option) if defective in material or workmanship. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding damage resulting from consumer misuse or neglect or for any consequential damages arising out of the use of these glasses. Mail defective glasses, warranty, and proof of purchase, postage paid to: American Optical Eyewear, P.O. Box 10, Southbridge, MA 01550 for U.S. mail and 50 Optical Drive, Southbridge, MA 01550 for all others.
